Air Fryer Drumsticks
These Air Fryer Drumsticks boast an incredibly crispy skin and juicy, flavorful meat. They are perfectly suited for serving over rice with a veggie for a meal or as an appetizer when feeding a crowd.

EQUIPMENT
1 Gallon Freezer Bag
Ingredients
Add to freezer bag and massage into chicken:
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks about 2 lb
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Add to bag and mix until well coated:
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add to bag and mix until well coated:
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
- Label your freezer bag with the recipe's name, cooking instructions, and date.
- Add baking powder to the bag and mix well. Add olive oil to the bag and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and massage into the meat until evenly coated.
- Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
Air Fryer:
- Thaw meal overnight in the fridge
- Place drumsticks into an air fryer basket (spacing evenly).
- Cook in an air fryer at 400F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 8-10 minutes until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve over rice with steamed broccoli or as an appetizer with carrot sticks, celery, and your favorite dipping sauce.
