EQUIPMENT
1 Gallon Freezer Bag
Ingredients
Add to Gallon Freezer Bag:
- 1 lb Russet Potatoes about 2-3 large, thinly sliced into fries
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
- Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
- Add all ingredients to the freezer bag and mix until the fries are well coated.
- Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and then freeze flat with fries as spread out as possible in the bag to prevent them from freezing together in a block.
- Freeze for up to three months.
Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the frozen fries in the air fryer basket or tray and make sure to distribute them evenly.
- Cook the fries for about 10 minutes, and then shake the basket. Cook for an additional 5-15 minutes until they reach the desired crispiness, shaking the basket every few minutes to distribute the fries and ensure they brown evenly.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve as a side with your favorite dipping sauce, such as fry sauce, ketchup, or BBQ Sauce.
