1 Gallon Freezer Bag
Ingredients
Add to Gallon Freezer Bag:
- 2 lb Baby Red Potatoes cut into uniform wedges
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dill
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Zest of Lemon
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
- Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
- Add all ingredients to the freezer bag and mix until the fries are well coated. Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and then freeze flat with fries as spread out as possible in the bag to prevent them from freezing together in a block.
- Freeze for up to three months.
Oven:
- Preheat oven to 450 F degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread frozen wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Crank the heat to 500 F and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve as a side with Dill Yogurt Sauce, ranch or another of your favorite dipping sauces.
