EQUIPMENT

1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Ingredients
  

Add to Gallon Freezer Bag:

  • 14 oz Precooked Frozen Turkey Meatballs Recommend Farm Rich Turkey Frozen Meatballs (28 oz package)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Add Day of Cooking:

  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks + 1/4 cup of juice

Instructions
 

To Freeze and Cook Later:

  • Label your freezer bag with the recipe's name, cooking instructions, and date.
  • Add all ingredients to the freezer bag EXCEPT 1 can Pineapple Chunks.
  • Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.

Slow Cooker:

  • Empty the thawed contents of the bag into a slow cooker.
  • Add 1 can Pineapple Chunks + 1/4 cup of the drained pineapple juice
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours to an internal temperature of 165F.

Pressure Cooker:

  • Empty the frozen contents of bag into a pressure cooker.
  • Add 1 can Pineapple Chunks + 1/4 cup of the drained pineapple juice.
  • Turn the pressure to high and cook for 10 minutes with quick pressure release.

Additional Instructions:

  • Stir and serve over rice.
  • Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
