Grilled Hamburgers
Enjoy the best homemade beef hamburgers with this easy recipe! Wonderfully juicy and perfectly seasoned, these patties are perfect for quick grilling.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
- Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix to combine.
- Form into 4 balls and flatten into patties.
- Place the patties in a single layer in a freezer bag, layer between waxed paper, or wrap individually in plastic wrap, and place in freezer bag.
- Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months
Grill:
- Allow meal to thaw overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat grill to 400F.
- Place the burgers on the hot grill and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes on the other side until you reach your desired degree of doneness.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with your favorite hamburger toppings.
- Serve with a side of sweet potato fries, french fries, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, potato salad, or baked beans.
