Grilled Hamburgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley

Instructions
 

To Freeze and Cook Later:

  • Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Form into 4 balls and flatten into patties.
  • Place the patties in a single layer in a freezer bag, layer between waxed paper, or wrap individually in plastic wrap, and place in freezer bag.
  • Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months

Grill:

  • Allow meal to thaw overnight in the fridge.
  • Preheat grill to 400F.
  • Place the burgers on the hot grill and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes on the other side until you reach your desired degree of doneness.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with your favorite hamburger toppings.
  • Serve with a side of sweet potato fries, french fries, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, potato salad, or baked beans.
