Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix to combine.
Form into 4 balls and flatten into patties.
Place the patties in a single layer in a freezer bag, layer between waxed paper, or wrap individually in plastic wrap, and place in freezer bag.
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months
Grill:
Thaw the meal overnight in the fridge.
Preheat grill to 400F.
Place the burgers on the hot grill and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes on the other side until you reach your desired degree of doneness.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your favorite hamburger toppings.
Serve with a side of sweet potato fries, french fries, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, potato salad, or baked beans.
