Sheet Pan Sausage and Roasted Veggies
Seasoned with garlic and herbs, this dish features tender and caramelized vegetables and sausage, all cooked in the oven on a single sheet pan. Enjoy it as is for an easy and satisfying meal.

EQUIPMENT
1 Gallon Freezer Bag
Ingredients
Add to Gallon Freezer Bag:
- 13 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage Rope Chopped
- 1 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 Red Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
- Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
- Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.
- Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Sheet Pan:
- Thaw the meal overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Empty the contents of the bag onto the pan and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until veggies are tender, mixing/flipping veggies halfway through.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve as is, over rice or with quinoa.
