Chicken Nuggets

Create a quick and easy family-friendly meal with these crispy and golden brown homemade chicken nuggets. These nuggets are a surefire hit with kids and adults and can be enjoyed warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

EQUIPMENT

1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Ingredients

Add to Gallon freezer bag and massage into chicken:

1 lb Chicken Breasts diced into 1" cubes
1 Eggs
1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Add to bag and mix until well coated:

1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

To Freeze and Cook Later:

Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
Add all ingredients to bag according to instructions above.
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.

Air Fryer:

Thaw the meal overnight in the fridge.
Place nuggets into an air fryer basket (spacing evenly), spray a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
Cook in an air fryer at 400F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway until cooked through.

Oven:

Thaw the meal overnight in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Place nuggets on a greased baking sheet and spray a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes flipping and spraying with cooking spray again halfway through. Bake until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and a side of fresh veggies
