Cooking Method Slow Cooker

EQUIPMENT
1 Gallon Freezer Bag
Ingredients
Add to Gallon Freezer Bag:
- 1 (15 oz) can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 (15 oz) can Coconut Milk shake well
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth or bone broth
- 2 cups Baby Spinach diced
- 1/2 cup Dried Brown Lentils rinsed
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
- Label your freezer bag with the recipe's name, cooking instructions, and date.
- Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.
- Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker:
- Empty the contents of the bag into a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or to an internal temperature of 165F.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve over rice with some naan bread
