EQUIPMENT

1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Ingredients
  

Add to Gallon Freezer Bag:

  • 1 (15 oz) can Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 (15 oz) can Coconut Milk shake well
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth or bone broth
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach diced
  • 1/2 cup Dried Brown Lentils rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

To Freeze and Cook Later:

  • Label your freezer bag with the recipe's name, cooking instructions, and date.
  • Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.
  • Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.

Slow Cooker:

  • Empty the contents of the bag into a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or to an internal temperature of 165F.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve over rice with some naan bread
