Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and date.
Add all ingredients to the freezer bag. Mix well so that chicken is evenly coated in spices and oil.
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Grill:
Thaw the chicken marinade overnight in the fridge. Pull the thawed chicken out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before grilling.
Preheat the grill to 400F.
Grill chicken for 4-6 minutes per side or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.

Place chicken on a greased 9x13-inch baking sheet. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
Air Fryer:
Thaw the chicken marinade overnight in the fridge. Pull the thawed chicken out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before airfrying.
Place chicken in an air fryer basket.
Cook at 400F for 15 minutes or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165F.
Additional Instructions:
Remove from heat, cover, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables or a side salad.
