Add Day of Cooking:
4cupsWater
4ozLow Fat Cream Cheese
16ozPotato Gnocchipackage
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later:
Label your freezer bag with the recipe's name, cooking instructions, and date.
Add all ingredients to the freezer bag EXCEPT Potato Gnocchi, Cream Cheese, and Water.
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker:
Empty the thawed contents of the bag into a slow cooker. Add 4 cups Water and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Remove 1 Bay Leaves and break up the sausage. Add 4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese and 16 oz Potato Gnocchi to the soup and stir until melted.
Replace the lid and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Pressure Cooker:
Empty the frozen contents of the bag into a pressure cooker, and add 4 cups Water.
Turn the pressure to high and cook for 20 minutes, with natural pressure release.
Remove 1 Bay Leaves and break up the sausage. Add 4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese and 16 oz Potato Gnocchi. Switch to saute setting and stir until heated, and the cream cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
